Accountant

We are looking for an all-rounder candidate who is an expert in GST, TDS, and Auditing, and can also take full ownership of the company's Operational Paperwork.

Core Financial Responsibilities:

• End-to-End GST Management: Complete knowledge of GST Laws. Candidate must handle GST Registration, monthly/quarterly Return Filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C), and E-way bill generation.

• TDS Compliance: Proper knowledge of TDS rates, deductions, and payment deposits. Timely filing of TDS returns and issuing Form 16/16A.

• Banking & Reclaim: Advanced Bank Reconciliation (Reclaim) skills to ensure zero mismatch between bank statements and books.

• Income Tax & ITR: Proven experience in preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and firms.

• Audit Readiness: Ability to maintain books of accounts in such a way that they are always Audit-ready. Coordination with auditors for smooth completion of audits.

Operations & Documentation:

• Compliance Management: Staying updated with all government compliances and company laws.

• Office Operations: Managing all Company Paperwork, maintaining physical and digital files, and handling administrative documentation with precision.
