Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting software like TallyPrime and Busy Accounting Software, along with hands-on experience in GST compliance, billing, and invoicing. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing GST returns, and ensuring accurate accounting processes.The position offers Rs 18000-Rs 20000 in hand salary and opportunities for growth.

• Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records (balance sheets, income statements)

Record daily financial transactions

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations

Prepare and file tax returns

Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies

Create budgets and financial forecasts

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime / Busy Accounting Software
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Handle GST reconciliation (GSTR-2A / 2B)
• Generate invoices and ensure proper GST billing (CGST, SGST, IGST)
• Maintain purchase and sales records

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny,Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Job Requirements: The minimumum requirement for this role is Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred) .The role requires Ability to meet deadlines,Organized and responsible,Willingness to learn and grow.Candidates must be open to 6 working days during the Day shift.
