Acuity Knowledge Partners is hiring for the role of Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support our clients on multiple industries including Technology, Media, Telecom, Consumer, Retail, Industrials, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, among other industries and preparing pitch books, company profiles, strip profiles, trading comps, precedent transactions comps, industry study, company focused discussion documents, studying & analyzing different business & financial models in a particular industry.
• Provide high-quality analysis on projects including critical industry or market analysis, company reports, ad-hoc requests, financial analysis, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth secondary research.
• Manage delivery & execution of projects including Memos, case studies, newsletters, broker/operational benchmarking, WACC analysis, potential buyer analysis, change of control analysis shareholder/ownership analysis, etc.
• Support our clients on financial modeling assignments and developing results-driven strategies, including critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments through in-depth primary and secondary research.
• Contribute towards managing project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”.
• Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.

Requirements:

• Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA Fresher.
• Proficient at using MS PowerPoint; command over MS Excel to process varied data sets in spreadsheets (Pivots, charting etc.) is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills and adept at synthesizing information to generate insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, flexible and willingness to work hard.
