Assistant Vice President- Technology Service Line Owner

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President- Technology Service Line Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Service Line Owner to lead our technology service line and drive the delivery of innovative solutions. The Technology Service Line Owner will be responsible for defining the strategic direction, overseeing service delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Define the strategic vision, goals, and objectives for the technology service line in alignment with the overall business strategy.

2. Service Line Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology services, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

• Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to measure service performance and effectiveness.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize value for clients.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement through technology delivery.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders, understanding their technology needs and priorities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, develop customized solutions, and deliver value-added services that meet their business objectives.

4. Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of technology professionals, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to drive high performance and professional development.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the technology service line team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

5. Business Development:

• Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and industry opportunities to inform business development strategies and service offerings.

6. Financial Management:

• Manage the financial performance of the technology service line, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost management.

7. Vendor Management:

• Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations to assess vendor performance against agreed-upon standards and expectations.

• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs), addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

• Relevant years of experience in technology consulting, IT services, or related industry, with a proven track record of leadership and business success.

• Strong technical understanding in the areas of Microsoft (O365 Stack, Active Directory, Azure), Identity Management, Authentication Services, End User Service Line (AirWatch, Intune).

• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, service delivery management, and business development.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and collaborate effectively with business and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to drive innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop growth strategies.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality services, meeting client expectations, and achieving business objectives.

· Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
