What are we looking for:

Expected to lead the drones and geospatial solutions with wide and in-depth understanding of drone types, lidars, payloads, technologies and drone as a service solution.

Will work in setting up the right team and translating client needs into drone solutions and is expected to develop technical and commercial proposals for various drone solutions and services across sectors.

Collaborate with various Sector leads, Service Lines within KPMG and the Centre of Excellence teams to ensure feasibility and scalability of the solution.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and also ensuring quality of deliverables.

Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges. Design innovative and effective solutions using Drones, Satellite imagery, Lidars, GIS, remote sensing, photogrammetry and data analytics techniques to address business problems in large construction projects, assets management, due diligence, urban planning, agriculture and other similar possible areas etc.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in geospatial technologies, data analytics, and remote sensing tools. Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions.

Oversee the collection and analysis of spatial data from various sources, including satellite imagery, aerial surveys, and ground-based sensors. Utilize GIS software and data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights and patterns from spatial datasets.

Support in building and managing a team of GIS specialists, remote sensing experts, data analysts and developers. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their skills and deliver high-quality outcomes to Clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in drones and geospatial solution development, project management or equivalent roles.

·       Minimum 4 year of work experience in infrastructure/ construction sector in India

• Proficiency in drone hardware and software technologies, data analytics, and GIS tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, including market analysis, business development, and budget management.
• Familiarity with spatial databases, data modeling and cloud platforms
