Job Description

Role Positioning This role serves as our primary field representative, connecting our innovative software solution with the landlords who will utilize and benefit from it. You will report directly to senior management, providing regular updates on sales and customer-related activities. Responsibilities ·        Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels. ·        Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. ·        Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. ·        Provide on-site training to new customers and promote the features and benefits of our software. ·        Handle administrative tasks related to sales and customer service, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new customers. ·        Provide after-sales services, including handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues. ·        Regularly update seniors on sales activities and performance. ·        Develop proficiency in our product, and stay updated with the latest enhancements to provide accurate information to customers and to handle inquiries effectively. Qualifications ·        A bachelor's degree in any field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in online software sales. ·        Excellent proficiency in English. ·        Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, smartphones, and computers. ·        Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. ·        The ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively. ·        Must own a two-wheeler vehicle for field work.
