Salary - Rs. 300,000 to Rs. 450,000 + Incentives+ 06 Months Promotions + Foreign Trips...



Job Summary:

 

ü  Manage a team of 10 Advisor Development and Retention Managers (

ADRMs)

ü  Supervise team of ADRMs

ü  ADRMs will be assigned team of 15-30 existing advisors and not

responsible for new advisor recruitment

ü  Drive month-on-month activation and retention of assigned

advisors

 

Measures of Success:

 

ü  New Business Premium Sourced

ü  Advisor Activation & Productivity month on month

ü  Cross-Sell Conversion

ü  Meeting Persistency standards

ü  ADRMs meeting standards

ü  Adhering to Input behaviors as per the defined standards
