Key Responsibilities: product : solar energy
1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and increase customer acquisition.
2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
3. Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships.
4. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on solar industry trends, technologies, and market developments to provide expert guidance to customers and the sales team.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure alignment and effective communication.
7. Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular sales performance reports to senior management.
