What You'll Do: • Partner with the Leadership team, and Business transformation & Strategic initiatives lead to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on growth, profitability, and differentiation within our global network of delivery centers. • Leverage data analytics to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring initiatives stay on track and deliver measurable results. • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects, anticipating potential issues and developing contingency plans. • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring alignment, keeping everyone informed, and addressing concerns as needed. • Develop and implement key metrics to track progress, identify roadblocks, and continuously optimize our approach to strategic initiatives. • Design and execute complex organizational change management programs to facilitate successful adoption of new strategies. • Set and manage agendas for leadership forums, ensuring well-prepared and aligned discussions focused on key priorities. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team, promoting growth and development.
