Job Description
Assist in the preparation and cooking of North Indian dishes as per standard recipes and company guidelines.
Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) set by the organization to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Ensure proper mise en place before service and maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times in accordance with company policies.
Properly store food items and ingredients to prevent spoilage and wastage.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen tasks and learn new cooking techniques.
Ensure all kitchen equipment and work areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
Adhere to portion control and minimize food wastage.
