Inviting applications for the role of Creative Engagement Manager

This is a deeply creative role – often fusing multiple dimensions (strategy, visuals, text, voice, interactive and more) to bring powerful experiences to life. In addition to the Research and Bid Management teams within Growth Operations, this outstanding individual will work very closely with Marketing, Sales, Service Lines & Solutions teams.


  • Acting as a point of interaction and influence, the Creative Engagement Manager will supervise and take responsibility for successful delivery of a range of projects.
  • Lead interactive sessions and project kick offs to assess and translate business needs into creative ideas
  • Lead and influence creative conceptualization, idea generation and thematic treatment across all use cases
  • Land and maintain project plans for each result
  • Build storyboards to pitch and recommend creative ideas and influence partners based on their needs, standard methodologies and possibilities within the creative process
  • Set the tone, lead the execution of creative concepts by ensuring the application of storytelling and design frameworks
  • Conceptualize compelling creative ideas and craft high-impact creative themes for all GTM communication particularly proposals (executive summary documents, microsites and orals decks), case studies, outreach notes, capability decks, leadership decks and research generated content.
  • Chip in to theme copy and creative writing across mediums including the web
  • Ensure partner delight by ensuring overall work meets exacting creative standards, business needs and expectations

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing or Journalism.
  • Experience in the creative industry as a full-stack marketer comprising - Creative Conceptualization, Creative Direction, Creative Writing, Copywriting for advertising agencies, in-house creative agencies and/or publications.
  • Proven ability to investigate into content (and the business), generate ideas, construct a 360-creative strategy for design, creative writing and editorial – all within the context of a fast paced, service oriented factory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of setting-up creative standards, deep knowledge of storytelling, building and delivering AIDA grade content.
  • Ability to synthesize complex matter into simple and effective output
  • Ability to build project pipelines, lead projects from creative concept to completion
  • Excellent communicator (written, verbal and presentation) skill outstanding editorial expertise
  • Knowledge of creative process, editorial processes and project management
  • Experience of working with outstanding creative & content writers.
  • Knowledge of storytelling, creative writing fundamentals, distilling business goals & needs within the context of insights, standard methodologies and the overall creative concept to “get there”
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to lead multiple projects.
  • Ability to supervise and develop employees.
  • Positive relationship building skills and customer-service orientation
  • Creative and innovative thinking, ability to think out of box problem solving
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, industry and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning
