We are hiring CRM Sales for sector 47 location for a real estate company.

Position - CRM Sales

Experience - 1 to 4 yrs

Salary - 35k + plus incentive

Location - Sector 47 Gurgaon

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and marketing leads
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate project information
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify leads effectively
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate closely with the sales team
  • Ensure regular follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversions
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
  • Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer experience


Candidate Profile


  • 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Confident, target-driven, and proactive personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Real estate experience will be an added advantage
