Customer Success Associate – International BFSI
Location:
Gurgaon Sector 30 (Work From Office)
Job Role:
Customer Success Associate (Blended Process – Chat & Voice)
Shift & Working Days:
- Rotational Shifts
- 5 Days Working + Rotational Week Off
Eligibility:
- Minimum 6 months International BPO experience
- Minimum 6 months BFSI experience (Mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills
- No MTI/RTI
- Good typing speed preferred
Salary:
- ₹35,000 CTC
- ₹30,000 In-Hand
