Telecalling Executive – FMCG Sales (Inbound & Outbound)


We are actively looking for an experienced and result-driven Telecalling Executive to join our FMCG sales team in Gurgaon. If you have strong communication skills and experience in FMCG sales, this is a great opportunity to grow with attractive incentives.


📍 Location: JMD, Sector 48, Gurgaon

⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Weekly Off: Sunday

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

🎯 Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Performance-based)


 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls

* Promote and sell a wide range of FMCG products

* Explain product details, offers, and schemes to customers

* Generate leads and convert them into sales

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

* Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships


🔹 Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales (mandatory)

* Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English required)

* Basic computer knowledge

* Target-oriented, confident, and energetic personality

* Ability to handle customer queries and close sales effectively
