What would you do? • Data Collection and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize data related to adoption rates, trends, and user behaviors. Employ various tools and methodologies to analyze this data and draw meaningful conclusions that will inform decision-making. • Metrics Tracking: Ensure we maintain comprehensive adoption metrics dashboards and reports. • Process Enhancement: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current adoption reporting processes and work collaboratively to streamline and optimize these processes. Implement best practices for data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between various teams, including change, process, solution architecture, technology delivery and reporting recipients to ensure alignment and data sharing. Foster strong relationships to gather insights from different perspectives and contribute to a holistic understanding of adoption reporting improvements. • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices related to adoption measurement and reporting. Apply this knowledge to enhance our reporting approaches and strategies.
What are we looking for? As an Adoption Reporting Champion, you will play a critical role in guiding the identification and tracking of adoption metrics to ensure we can provide consistent and valuable insights into the success and impact of our organization's transformation initiatives. You would be responsible for sharing adoption insights with our key HR transformation stakeholders to aid key business decisions to be taken. Your meticulous attention to detail and your ability to transform data into actionable recommendations will contribute to our efforts in continuously improving our adoption strategies and outcomes. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, communication abilities, and a genuine passion for promoting positive change through effective adoption practices.
