Job Description
Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, results-driven HR Executive with a sharp focus on end-to-end recruitment. In this role, you won't just be filling seats; you will be the gatekeeper of our culture and the engine behind our team's growth. You will own the talent pipeline, from sourcing passive candidates to managing a seamless onboarding experience.

- Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the entire hiring lifecycle for technical, operational, and creative roles.
- Active Sourcing: Proactively scout and engage top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial phone screens to assess alignment with role requirements, core capabilities, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, align on ideal candidate profiles, and schedule multi-stage interviews efficiently.
- Offer Management: Manage the negotiation process, prepare offer letters, and maintain high conversion rates from offer to acceptance.
- Onboarding & Experience: Ensure every candidate—whether hired or not—has a stellar experience. Design and execute a smooth onboarding process for new hires to set them up for success from day one.
- Data & Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Source of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate) to continuously optimize the hiring pipeline.
- What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of core recruitment experience (experience in a fast-growing startup or a specialized agency is a massive plus).
- Sourcing Superpowers: Proven ability to find passive candidates beyond traditional job boards. You know how to leverage LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, or local networks depending on the role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You can pitch our vision compellingly and handle sensitive offer conversations with tact.
- Organization & Speed: High bias for action. You can comfortably balance 5–10 open roles simultaneously without letting candidate communication slip.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Zoho Recruit, Lever, or Greenhouse, and a data-driven mindset.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Your success in this role will be measured by:
- Time-to-Hire: Meeting aggressive but realistic timelines for open positions.
- Quality of Hire: 90-day retention rate of new team members.
- Candidate NPS: Feedback on the professionalism and warmth of our interview process.
