Inviting applications for the role of Manager – Enterprise Risk Management!
In this role, you will be responsible for Enterprise Risk Management Program - for a large BFS client in North America.
Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and deliver training(s)/presentation(s) to support ERM knowledge sharing initiatives; manage all training documentation and material in a centralized location. Establish a regular cadence of trainings
• Support ERM Global and Regional teams by helping develop, manage and distribute required reports, maintain internal and external ERM and dashboards that help with risk identification and monitoring
• Safeguard the integrity of ERM tool by conducting analysis of data to ensure completion and accuracy
• Update critical information within ERM Tool in a timely manner (e.g. Board KRIs)
• Coordinate with the ERM Tool Team and Corporate IT (CIT) on system changes, including user input and user testing
• Gain a deep and practical understanding of ERM Tool to be able to address ad hoc questions from ERM Tool users; problem solve and navigate through all user queries
• Build and deliver training programs and external metric dashboard
• Produce analytical results that can strengthen the ERM Tool and ERM risk identification and monitoring
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Suitable experience in Enterprise Risk Management, related Financial institution / Payment System understanding experience.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills; experience interfacing with and presenting to management
• Superior time management skills, with ability to effectively prioritize
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to quickly grasp areas of relevance and criticality when handling new subject areas
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills including data analytics and reporting
• Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Office skills
• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Finance, Banking stream, Business or Risk Management (or equivalent professional qualification).

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Strong report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem-solving abilities.
• Position requires the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discretely and professionally
