Summary: As an Operations Engineer for Application/Cloud Support, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve working with NEXThink and Microsoft Power BI to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for production systems and services, ensuring timely resolution of issues and incidents. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues, taking corrective action as necessary. - Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with NEXThink. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power BI. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in NEXThink. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
