Job Description – Picker

Location: Farukhnagar, Gurgaon

Department: Warehouse Operations

Reporting To: Warehouse Supervisor / Shift Incharge

Job Summary

The Picker is responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse racks as per

system-generated pick lists and ensuring timely dispatch with zero errors. The role requires speed,

accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from assigned locations as per pick list / handheld scanner instructions

• Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and quality while picking

• Avoid picking errors (wrong item / wrong quantity / damaged product)

• Follow FIFO/FEFO guidelines wherever applicable

• Maintain proper handling to avoid product damage

• Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams for smooth order processing

• Meet daily picking targets and TAT

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned aisles

• Follow warehouse safety protocols at all times

• Report stock mismatch or damage to supervisor immediately

Key Skills Required

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations

• Ability to read and understand pick lists (English/Hindi)

• Basic knowledge of handheld scanners (preferred)

• Attention to detail

• Physically fit (standing/walking for long hours)

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

• Experience: 0–2 years in warehouse / logistics (Freshers can apply)

• Age: 18–35 years (as per company policy)

Working Conditions

• 9-hour shift (including break)

• Week off as per roster

• Overtime as per business requirement
