• Ability to understand the objective and the purpose of various policies in the Bank. 
• Finding the gaps where policies are required but are not present.
• Recommending improvements in the overall policy management framework of the Bank.  
• Review of framework to ensure that the policies are updated
• Monitoring the implementation of action plans to address medium and key risk indicators post reviews. 

Reporting

• Implementation of the directions of the Board Level Committees
