Position Summary-

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving the growth of our commercial real estate portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Market Analysis:- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Lead Generation:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and strategic partnerships.
  • Client Engagement:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Project Management:- Oversee the development and execution of commercial real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet financial, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Financial Analysis:- Prepare detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and investment analyses to support business decisions.
  • Strategic Planning:- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Sales and Negotiation:- Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners, securing favorable terms and agreements.


  • - Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, trends, and investment strategies.
  • - Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills.
  • - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
  • - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
