Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive merchant acquisition and onboarding in assigned cities
  • Manage and monitor field sales executives (FSEs) performance
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved
  • Expand business in Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
  • Track and improve conversion rates and productivity
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Share regular reports and insights with management
