Summary: As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. Your typical day will involve working with IAM tools and technologies, analyzing security risks, and implementing security solutions to mitigate those risks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Analyze security risks and implement security solutions to mitigate those risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security solutions are integrated effectively. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on IAM Operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO. - Strong understanding of security risks and mitigation strategies. - Experience with security testing and vulnerability assessments. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
