Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- Change Manager Training
As a Training Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training and adoption plan to support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. You will work hands-on with the organizational change management team and senior leaders to assess, plan, write, and distribute/execute multimodal learning strategies for a global organization using digital adoption techniques.
Responsibilities
Consult with the Program Management Office, Business, Data / Technical teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess and define the learning needs, Learning Needs Assessment (LNA) for specific user groups
Develop and execute an Enterprise training strategy and plan that incorporates data from the Learning Needs Assessment (LNA), mixed adult learning models, and industry best practices
Define, measure and monitor training success adoption metrics across all work streams, providing stakeholders with ongoing feedback regarding training progress
Lead future state training design efforts to accelerate the adoption of end user learning curriculum completion
Manage all training development and delivery activities, including but not limited to: instructional design and development; training schedule, delivery and assessment activities; training progress reports; and escalation of issues, risks and mitigation plans to the appropriate stakeholders
Create, schedule, manage and deploy training project plan release events specific for each user group
Provide coaching and development, team leadership, and project management for assigned work efforts
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/skills
Relevant years of experience leading training and development teams to design and deliver blended learning solutions for technical skills development.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
Knowledge of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to: ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, interactive learning experiences, and digital adoption platforms (WalkMe)
Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, multimedia principles, and digital adoption platform technologies
Proven project management experience and excellent team leadership skills in a matrixed, highly collaborative environment, working independently to meet tight deadlines.
Experience developing trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Strategic and critical thinking skills are used to identify interdependencies between issues, data, and outcomes with clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture.
Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging; ability to write in a simple, direct, professional and warm tone
Go-to resources for leader development, adult learning theories, cutting-edge instructional design methods, performance consulting, communications, and change management.
Preferred qualifications
Workday, Oracle, or SAP full deployment project training support both HCM and FIN
Experience using authoring tools, such as Captivate, Storyline, or Evolve to create sophisticated adaptive learning content.
Graphic design plus hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator a plus.
Expert in MS Office and Google Applications
