Inviting applications for the role of Sr Manager, Insurance Claims

Looking for someone with extensive domain expertise in P&C Insurance - Claims and a proven track record of managing Service Delivery for large operations.


Engage with P&C claims leaders to develop strategies to deliver world-class claims outcomes at the intersection of operations, data and technology

Would be accountable for managing clients and internal stakeholders and partnering with them to successfully drive overall claims initiatives

Work across internal functional teams to bring in the best-of-breed thinking into developing solutions for the client

Provide deep domain expertise to Operations, Solutions and Sales teams as you help create engagement strategies with the clients

Provide deep domain expertise with Data, Tech and AI leaders to create new solutions for the P&C Claims market

Provide deep domain expertise with Consulting Partners as you engage in advisory services that improve our clients business outcomes

Drive a culture of continuous risk assessment, mitigation, and appropriate customer communication

Review the E2E Metrics and identify risks, opportunities, Own the standard process design and control environment

Drive transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, benchmarking for making processes more efficient and effective

Build impactful customer relationships; improve Net Promoter Score. maintain an existing book of business, and drive revenue growth Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

· Non-Technical Graduate.

· Relevant Industry experience primarily engaging Insurance Claims Leaders

· Prior experience in managing Claims with specific experience in London Market Claims

· The Individual should have exposure/experience to systematically evaluate business opportunities and an ambitious attitude to build on existing capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· In-depth E2E understanding of P&C Claims

· Excellent Leadership Skills - People management, Client management and managing other operational frameworks

· Exceptional Executive Presence demonstrating verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Should be able to prepare and present independently & confidently to senior leadership within GENPACT and Client organizations

· Sound knowledge of various digital technologies in the market

· Strong cross functional collaboration skills
