Talent Acquisition Lead - Transactions, India

Due to internal career progression we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (Director Level) for our Transactions related business lines in India.  We are always looking for the brightest and best talents and the Talent Acquisition lead will know how to find them, how to attract them and how to onboard them.  Through regular engagement with key stakeholders, they understand the challenges faced by our business and can build plans to mitigate any hiring shortfalls. 

What this job involves –

Leading from the front

This is a hands-on role that comes with great responsibility.  You’ll be the TA lead for all things related to Transactions as we continue to optimise our policies, procedures, and technologies to provide best in class service to our business lines. You’ll support the recruitment and development of a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists acting as a role model, inspiration, coach giving constructive feedback on a formal and informal basis.  

Managing the full process

Are you an experienced recruiter? You’ll need to be.  In this role, you will be fully involved in the end-to-end recruitment process managing requisitions from creation through to on-boarding.  Taking control of the entire process will mean your responsibilities will include administration and documentation related to the hire process as well as HR system monitoring and management.  Your team will need to follow suit too. 

A passion for talent

Do you have a passion for talent? This role is critical to the success of the wider talent acquisition team and we need someone who has passion for identifying the best talent for various roles throughout India for our Markets, Capital Markets and Project & Development Services business lines.  You’ll know how to employ traditional and creative innovative sourcing strategies to play a lead role in our first stage recruiting efforts across India whilst leading a team to deliver optimal performance.

Being Analytical
You’ll be the lead in performing searches for passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media.  Your multi-faceted research will lead to the successful development of candidate market intelligence reports and talent mapping. You will actively support the wider TA team in collating and analysing key metrics and maximizing the effectiveness of the recruiting process.

You’ll work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful delivery of talent. In addition, you will communicate regularly with business line leaders to clearly understand requirements and expectations of the diverse positions. Experienced

Not a job for the feint hearted, you will need at least 8 years’ experience within talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search. You will have a proven track record of managing a successful team. You’ll understand the methodology and stages of the Talent Acquisition process especially and be comfortable working on mandates at various levels. Experience in the Real Estate sector would be highly advantageous.

You’ll need a strategic mind-set, outstanding problem solving ability and a creative flair to produce the most detailed and highest quality research and mapping results. As an Ambassador of JLL we expect the utmost professionalism at all times, including integrity & ethics.
