Telecaller

We are looking for a friendly, persuasive, and highly organized Telecaller to join our dental team. You will be the bridge between our clinic and our patients, responsible for managing appointments, following up on treatments, and ensuring our schedule remains optimized. Your goal is to provide a warm, professional experience that encourages patients to prioritize their oral health.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAppointment Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule dental appointments.
• Patient Follow-ups: Reach out to patients for routine check-ups, post-treatment care, and "no-show" re-engagement.
• Inquiry Handling: Answer basic questions about dental services, pricing, and clinic policies.
• Database Maintenance: Update patient records accurately in our management software.
• Lead Conversion: Follow up with potential patients who have inquired through our website or social media.
• Feedback Collection: Conduct brief surveys with patients post-visit to ensure high satisfaction levels.
