Telecaller

Job Title: B2B Telecaller (IndiaMART / TradeIndia)Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and professional Telecaller to handle incoming B2B inquiries from platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia. The candidate will be responsible for attending calls, understanding customer requirements, and maintaining accurate data records.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls and inquiries from IndiaMART and TradeIndia clients
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel
• Follow up with potential clients to close or progress leads
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client handling
• Maintain proper call records and daily reports
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally
• Strong listening and convincing skills
• Ability to multitask and manage data efficiently
• Eligibility:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling or B2B sales is an advantage
