Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining land and plot projects, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective customers from provided data and generate sales leads.
• Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and offers clearly.
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build trust.
• Maintain call records and update CRM or lead sheets daily.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Required Skills Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is a plus).
• Confident speaking and convincing ability.
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
