Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecalling Executive – General Insurance to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining general insurance products, generating leads, and assisting customers in purchasing suitable insurance policies.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote general insurance products (Motor, Health, Travel, Property, etc.).
- Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage to customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into policy sales.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Address customer queries regarding insurance products and documentation.
- Coordinate with the underwriting and operations team for policy issuance.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Required Skills & CompetenciesGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of general insurance products.
- Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Target-driven and result-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong listening and negotiation skills.
