Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote life insurance or financial products.
Explain product details and convert leads into sales.
Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
Maintain CRM records and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6
Week Off: 1 Rotational
Eligibility:
12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.
Confident, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Salary:
Fresher: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
Experienced (Telesales/BFSI): ₹28,000 CTC
