📍 Location: Noida Sector 58
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team. If you have strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career!
🔹 Job Role:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper call records and follow-ups

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment
