Telesales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote healthcare services and packages.
• Convert leads into successful sales by understanding customer requirements.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and maintain performance standards.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
• Follow up on leads, handle customer queries, and provide information about offers and services.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
• Target-driven with a proactive and confident approach.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience working with CRM tools (preferred).
• Qualifications:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates have 1 year of experience in tele sales

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational Off)
• Shift: Rotatioanal Shift
• Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
