Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated Tool Room Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling tool room operations, maintenance of tools and dies, machine setup, and supporting production activities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge of machining, tooling, and precision engineering.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage tool room operations efficiently.
• Handle maintenance and repair of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds.
• Operate and supervise conventional and CNC machines as required.
• Ensure timely availability of tools for production activities.
• Perform machine setup, alignment, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Monitor tool performance and suggest improvements for productivity.
• Maintain records of tools, machine maintenance, and inventory.
• Ensure workplace safety and follow standard operating procedures.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of tool room machines and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in handling tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Basic understanding of CNC/VMC machines and machining operations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
• QualificationDiploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• Preferred Candidate Profile2–4 years of experience in tool room operations or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in machine maintenance and tooling support preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle production support activities efficiently.
• Candidate from automotive, machinery, or manufacturing background preferred.
