What this job involves: 

Reporting and Analytics: Extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to produce client reports and management information reports. Should have good knowledge of managing multiple reporting platforms with in-depth knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint presentations etc. Ability to independently create client ready dashboards in Excel, Tableau and PowerBI. Able to automate routine administrative tasks using MS Office. 

CRM Data Maintenance: Data maintenance of property-based information. Understanding, extracting, and entering data onto database. Should have good knowledge of managing multiple CRM platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects, as well as meet time constraints and expectations.  

 

Collaboration with team members: Collaborate with teams across the national rating team, valuation team and sales team to improve data capturing and database quality. Contribute information to enable rating teams to meet their core objectives and targets. Suggest measures to enhance data quality and bridge gaps wherever possible.   

Working knowledge of Salesforce: Extract data and report creation in salesforce. Ability to churn the data into meaningful format and provide insights to the leads. Good knowledge of various sales cycles and stages. Experience analyzing databases and large volumes of data and Familiar with querying case management system records. 

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional Stakeholder Management, would need to ensure that all stakeholders are aware about the progress of tasks and clear communication of timelines. Problem solving attitude towards the requests raised and should strive for automating the solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to comprehend instructions, communicate with stakeholders, lead stakeholder relationships, independently. 

  • Proficient user of the tools: Advance Excel, PowerBI, Tableau PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook etc. 

  • Basic understanding of Visual Basic and SQL queries.  

Employee specification 

  • A Master’s/bachelor’s degree in technology or similar fields. 

  • 7-10 years of professional experience in reporting and analytics 

  • Shift timings: 1 PM – 10 PM IST 

  • Location: Gurugram, Haryana
