Your primary responsibilities will revolve around understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Skillset Requirement

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with client organizations.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Negotiate salary offers and employment terms on behalf of clients, balancing their needs with candidate expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field.

• Proven experience in HR or recruitment, with a focus on staffing and client management.
