Job Description

Executive-KDNI

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Compensation and Benefits Senior Executive to join our Human Resources team in India. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits, adhering to all statutory and company compliance requirements. 

  • Compensation Payments Processing: Manage the end-to-end monthly compensation payment processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of compensation calculations. Monitor monthly payroll ensuring all inputs are processed correctly by the payroll vendor.

  • Operations Management: Provide operational support services. Involves using existing systems and protocols.

  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all Indian statutory deductions and regulations and other applicable labor laws. Extend support in all internal and external audits and manage processes to ensure there are no red flags

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee compensation records. Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats.

  • Benefits Administration Support: Administer employee benefits.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and generate various compensation reports and analytics for internal stakeholders. Work on payroll and compensation analytics dashboards including cost simulations

  • Query Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and statutory deductions, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Collaboration with other teams: Liase with other functions such as Finance, Payroll and Legal team for a smooth administration of payroll and C&B processes

  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve compensation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

 

  • Graduate with minimum 4 years or Postgraduate (Preferably HR)/Finance ) with minimum 3 year experience

  • Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in compensation/payroll administration, preferably within a large organization or a professional services firm in India.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with MS Excel and strong hold on analysis of data
