Soft Skills Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personality Development Faculty to train and mentor students in enhancing their communication skills, confidence, and overall personality. The candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of preparing students for real-world professional environments.

Working Hours: 5 hours

Working Days: 3 days in a week (alternative)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging Personality Development and Soft Skills training sessions

• Train students in communication skills (verbal & non-verbal)

• Develop students’ confidence, public speaking, and presentation skills

• Provide training on interview skills, group discussions, and workplace etiquette

• Design and update training modules as per industry standards

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Organize workshops, activities, and mock sessions

• Mentor students for career readiness and professional growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in English or related field)

• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills

• Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring preferred

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Ability to engage and motivate students

• Knowledge of corporate behavior and industry expectations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Soft Skills / Personality Development Training

• Experience in placement training or corporate training

• Familiarity with BFSI or professional courses (optional)
