Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to handle student inquiries, provide information about aviation courses, and generate walk-ins and admissions for the institute. The candidate should have good communication skills and a convincing attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
*Call leads and convince them to visit the institute.
*Fix appointments for seminars or counseling.
*Make outbound calls to students who have shown interest (leads).
*Explain aviation courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
*Provide details about fees, duration, eligibility, and placement support.
*Convince students to attend seminars or visit the institute.
*Follow up with interested candidates regularly.
*Maintain daily call reports and update lead status.
*Handle incoming calls and resolve student queries.
*Coordinate with the students and admission team.
