Role Overview

As a SOC Tele caller executive, you will monitor live user sessions, communicate with users during potentially unsafe situations, and coordinate rapid responses when required.

This is not a typical support role — this is a high-responsibility, real-time decision-making role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real-Time Monitoring

• Monitor live video/audio sessions from users in real-time
• Stay highly alert for anomalies, distress signals, or threats
• Maintain constant situational awareness

2. User Communication

• Speak calmly and confidently with users during live sessions
• Provide reassurance and guidance in high-stress situations
• Ask the right questions to assess risk quickly

3. Incident Response

• Escalate emergencies to police, contacts, or response partners
• Follow structured response protocols (SOPs)
• Take fast, clear decisions under pressure

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Log incidents accurately in the system
• Maintain detailed session records
• Flag patterns or recurring risks

5. System Handling

• Operate monitoring dashboards and internal tools
• Handle multiple sessions if required
• Coordinate with other SOC agents and supervisors

• Experience in:
• Call centers (especially emergency or escalation roles)
• Security / surveillance operations
• Hospitality / aviation (high-pressure customer handling)
• Freshers with strong personality also encouraged

Shift Details

• 24×7 operations (rotational shifts)
• Night shifts required
• Weekly off on rotation
