Job Description
Location: Gawcart / Gaukutir / Assigned Stall Location
Job Overview:WoW Nandi is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to manage and promote products at Gawcarts. The role involves direct customer interaction, product demonstration, and achieving daily sales targets while maintaining brand standards.
- Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell WoW Nandi products at Gawcart locations
- Interact with walk-in customers and explain product benefits (Panchgavya products)
- Demonstrate products and encourage trials wherever applicable
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products at the cart
- Handle billing and cash/online payments efficiently
- Maintain daily sales records and report to the supervisor
- Ensure proper stock handling and inform for replenishment
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat sales
- Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Prior experience in retail / sales promotion preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati preferred)
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality
- Ability to work in shifts and outdoor locations
- Skills Required:Sales and convincing skills
- Customer handling
- Basic calculation and billing
- Product knowledge (training will be provided)
- Working Hours:Shift-based (Morning / Evening / Full Day)
- Weekend availability required
- Salary & Benefits:Fixed salary + Incentives
