PROJECT LEAD

 

Job Summary: 

 

A project lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and successful delivery of projects within defined scope, timeline and budget. They co-ordinate cross functional team, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project objectives align with organizational goals. The project lead serves as the primary point of contact for project related communication and drives accountability across team members.

• Having good knowledge on commodity like Stamping, Machining, Plastic and Rubber

 

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Experience with project management methodologies

 

• Proficiency in project management tools 

 

• Support launch activities and resolve post-production issues

 

• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation plans

 

 

Education / Experience / Skills:

 

Education / Experience:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Engineering arena.
• Minimum 10+years of related work experience.

 

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills and team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written across various levels.
• Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.) and knowledgeable of ERP systems (SAP desired).
• Experience with project management tools.
• Ability to interpret and communicate engineering drawings and specifications.
• Motivated, self-starter who is familiar with a range of materials and manufacturing processes, e.g. steel, stamping, casting, forging/machining, rubber and plastic.

Travel:

• Ability to travel within India & internationally, as required.
