Job Description

Lead quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation

Manage project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Verify and certify RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor payments

Conduct rate analysis, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization

Monitor project cash flow and financial planning

Handle contract management (client & subcontractor)

Identify and manage variations, claims, and change orders

Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and consultants

Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements

Prepare MIS reports, cost reports, and management updates

Mentor junior QS team members
