Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and supervise production of cakes, pastries, savouries, cookies and other bakery items.
  • Ensure quality, taste, and visual presentation standards are met.
  • Manage daily production operations and team handling.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Menu development.
  • Train and guide junior staff


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bakery and pastry kitchen (Hot & Cold Items).
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, decoration, and production
