Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables:
· Listening to and understanding the dealer’s requirements.
· Provide product / service details to dealers.
· Using front end empowerment Website as authorized to provide correct information.
· Book order form dealer as per requirement
· Capture correct information where ever required.
· Prepare daily Stock and sales related reports
· Timely and accurate capturing all the information given by/to the customer.
· Staying current with knowledge of products/ processes & services offered by the client.· Ensure full adherence to all the quality parameters. · Cooperate with other Team members, SMEs and Team Leaders.· Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.· Escalating the call to the team leader / manager, wherever desirable
