Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This includes managing social media accounts, creating content, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with other team members to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or other relevant qualifications.
