Job Description

Candidates should have knowledge of accounting software, Responsibilities of candidates include: Experience in office administration of a corporate office, capable of handling time office functions, payroll, house-keeping management, security, travel desk, vendor & facility management, inventory management, maintenance of vehicles / office equipment / building and sites. Should be proactive, result oriented, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken) of English (Hindi and Telugu also preferred). Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide full admin support to the team and department. 2. Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents. 3. Manage office supplies stock and place orders. 4. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets. 5. Maintain and update company databases. 6. Procurement and Inventory management. Managing day to day purchases of office requirements, preparing purchase request order and getting approval. 7. Update office policies as needed. 8. Support the officers in daily admin roles and to keep stock of stationary supplies for the department. 11. Put up purchase requests for all approved purchases for the necessary approvals and verify invoices for the raised purchases upon delivery of goods and services. 12. Create and maintain useful databases for the department. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role. 2. Solid knowledge of office procedures. 3. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) 4. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. 7. Strong ethics and reliability. 8. Attention to detail. • Should be able to maintain bank statements • settle costs on balance sheets • manage invoices • help the senior accounts team
