TheChief Manager Finance & Account is a strategic executive thought-partner, and reports to the CEO. You participative and will lead, develop and manage internal systems to support. The Head of Accounting plays a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations as Suchirindia continues to enhance its lines of business and build capacity. Track the processing and reporting of transactions, billing, collections, and more. Then, use the insight you gain from these financial management performance indicators to roll-out changes that address any weaknesses. The more insight and efficiency you bring to this process, the bigger your competitive advantage. Set SOP and standards and ensure it's implemented across all the units. 1. Forecasting financial results on annual, quarterly and monthly basis 2. Approving or rejecting budgets 3.Conducting risk management 4.Recommending cost-effective solutions 5.Consulting company’s executives as well as key stakeholders about various funding options 6.Ensuring all internal audits and accounting activities are in compliance with financial regulations 7.Developing secure procedures for the purpose of maintaining confidential information 8.Conducting profit and lost analyses 9.Allocating resources and managing cash flows 10.Supervising and monitoring the team of Accountants 11.Evaluating and deciding on investments 12.Ensure that all transactions are well documented 13.Preparing asset, liability, and capital account 14.Keep and maintain all the books in perfect order 15.Summarize current financial situation by analyzing correctly current liabilities, preparing a profit and loss statement and indicating corrective actions that need to be taken. 16.Audit key documents and verify each transaction 17.Reconcile financial discrepancies as they arise, after checking out the causes for the same 18.Make certain that all tax forms are correct and have been filed to the required authorities on time 19.Attend various workshops, with the view of improving performance and contributes to team effort. 20.Preparing payments. 21.Preparing budget forecast 22.Compute and prepare tax returns 23.Report company financial health to the stakeholders 24.Making financial reports that can help higher management in taking decisions 25.Ensuring the security of financial information and taking regular backups. 26.Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all business lines, and oversee all financial accounting. 27.Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the CEO; assess any changes necessary. 28.Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the CEO; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes; and keep CEO abreast of the organization’s financial status. 29.Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements. 30.Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the CEO. 31.Recommend updates to and implement all approved business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual.
