Position: Area Clinic Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Jubilee Hills

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinics in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and effective clinic operations, manage staff performance, and maintain high standards of client care. This role is crucial for maintaining our reputation and supporting our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of clinic
  • Ensure clinics operate smoothly and efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor clinic performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Sales:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and retention. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Implement and manage effective strategies to convert leads into clients. Monitor and analyze conversion rates, and continuously refine approaches to improve client acquisition.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Staff Management:
  • Supervise clinic staff, including therapists, pharmacists and housekeeping.
  • Ensure staff adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and time management.
  • Oversee structured leave and off management.
  • Client Management:
  • Ensure excellent client care and satisfaction.
  • Manage client schedules and appointments efficiently.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client experience.
  • Compliance:
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in clinics.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor clinic budgets and expenses.
  • Optimize operational costs and enhance profitability.
  • Prepare and present financial and operational reports.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinic growth strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cosmetic dermatology.

·      Lead Management:

  • Oversee the generation, tracking, and nurturing of leads.
  • Implement strategies to manage and prioritize leads effectively.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.

·      Lead Conversion:

  • Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into clients.
  • Monitor and analyze conversion rates and implement improvements.
  • Ensure follow-up processes are in place and adhered to.

·      Database Management:

  • Maintain and manage the client database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the database is used effectively for client retention and satisfaction efforts.
  • Implement data protection and privacy measures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in clinic or healthcare operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
