Role Summary

The Level 3 Network Engineer will have deep expertise in LAN Routing WiFi DHCP IPAM and Cisco Identity Services Engine ISE This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills solution design capabilities and the ability to lead and support enterprise network operations The ideal candidate will hold a Cisco CCIE Enterprise Wireless or CCIE Security certification and possess working knowledge of Splunk for network log analysis

The role focuses on providing escalation support leading complex change implementations and ensuring network service quality in a largescale multisite environment

Key Responsibilities

1Act as an escalation point for complex issues across LAN routing WiFi DHCP IPAM and Cisco ISE

2Responsible for managing action plans and future requests including automation initiatives

3Troubleshoot advanced LAN and routing solutions in campus and branch environments

4Lead issue resolution involving wireless networks including controller configurations SSIDs and client problems

5Manage and finetune IPAM and DHCP configurations ensuring high availability and proper IP allocations

6Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco ISE policies related to authentication profiling and posture assessment

7Use Splunk to correlate network events analyze logs and support root cause analysis

8Collaborate with architecture security and operation teams on network projects and upgrades

9Provide guidance and technical leadership to L15L2 support teams

10Document solutions create and maintain SOPs and contribute to knowledge base development

Required Skills experience

1512 years of experience in enterprise network operations and engineering roles

2Deep knowledge and handson experience with

LAN switching routing protocols IOSPFBGP wireless technologies Cisco WLC Aps

IPAM DHCP DNS services Cisco ISE administration and troubleshooting

3Experience designing and implementing secure access control frameworks

4Good understanding of enterprise security standards and network segmentation

5Basic working knowledge of Splunk Thousand Eyes for log analysis and ing

6Familiarity with ITSM and change management processed in enterprise environments
